A couple of nights of clear skies allowed me to capture a few targets including a new attempt of the Rosette Nebula
19th April. First Quarter moon showing Lunar X (Top of bottom three craters) and Lunar V (Slightly above mid centre of image). Lunar X and Lunar V are only visible in the first quarter next to the terminator line and only for a few hours of its transition.
With lockdown and the covid-19 virus, it’s limited things to do. At the beginning of lockdown this meant that I could spend more time in a hobby I’ve always liked, astronomy.
